The overall mission and goal of what we do is to provide hands on, on-site case management and consulting services to families and clients who are either unsure of what treatment plans are available to them, provide guidance into community resources and government services to assist them as well as to act in the capacity of a health care proxy in the event family members or friends are unable to do so.
